Research On The Impact Of Education On Urbanization And Planning Response In Huining County,gansu Province

Urbanization refers to the process in which rural population and industries continue to gather in cities and towns,thereby increasing the size of cities and towns.As an important driving factor in the process of urbanization,education has played a positive role in promoting the development of urbanization.Therefore,analyzing the impact of education on urbanization has important research value and practical significance for promoting the urbanization development of Huining County.In view of this,this paper takes Huining County,Gansu Province as the research area,uses several methods such as inductive deduction,quantitative analysis,chart analysis,model building,etc.to analyze the mechanism of education on urbanization,and constructs the urbanization development road under the influence of education,and analyzed the impact trend of education on urbanization by building a model as VAR,and finally made a targeted planning response analysis,with a view to providing a certain reference for the urban development and related planning of Huining County.First,the dynamic mechanism of urbanization under the influence of education is as follows: "platform","demonstration" and "feedback".(1)"Platform" mechanism:education,as a "platform",plays the role of "setter",and the transferred population,with the help of the "platform",carries out the transfer from rural areas to cities and from Huining to other areas.(2)"Demonstration" mechanism: students studying in the advanced city play a leading role in demonstrating and leading students and parents who have not yet entered the county.(3)"Feedback" mechanism: mainly for Huining students to "feedback" hometown construction.Second,through the representational interpretation of urbanization under the influence of education,it can be concluded that:(1)Education development promotes the urbanization of the population by promoting the agglomeration of the student population and accompanying population,the flow of the population to the area with rich educational resources,and the transfer of the population to the outside;(2)Education development promotes economic urbanization by changing employment,promoting the development of education industry and tertiary industry,and stimulating real estate;(3)Educational development promotes social urbanization byimproving population quality and changing people ' s values;(4)Education development promotes spatial urbanization by promoting the expansion of educational land and residential land;(5)Education development promotes the urbanization of infrastructure by increasing the demand of residents.Third,through the application of VAR model to demonstrate the impact of education on urbanization,it can be concluded that::(1)The impact of education on urbanization is mainly reflected in the impact of land use on spatial urbanization in the first two years,the impact of the number of students on population urbanization in2-3 years,and the impact of housing price on economic urbanization after a certain period.The impact of population quality on social urbanization has been throughout the whole process of urbanization.(2)The influence of the number of students on the urbanization of population continues and contributes a lot.The main impact of education on economic urbanization is to stimulate housing prices.The improvement of population quality has an increasing influence on social urbanization.Educational land use and residential land use have a significant impact on spatial urbanization,and residential land use is mostly influenced by educational land use.Fourth,the planning and response countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of population forecast,industrial organization,land use layout,facility allocation,etc.,for the impact of education in Huining County on various types of urbanization.
