Research On Optimise Distribution Of Basic Education Facilities Under The Guide Of The New Urbanization In Chicheng County

New urbanization is an important strategy in the development of small and medium-sized cities at the present stage in China,the basic public services equalization is its important connotation.As the important public service facilities,the basic education facilities is an important content of urbanization construction,its spatial layout must be profoundly affected by urbanization.Chicheng County is located in the east of Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province,east of Beijing,and north of Bashang Grassland.In recent years,taking advantage of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Olympic Winter Games,Chicheng County has actively developed the tertiary industry such as tourism services on the basis of actualizing the primary industry,and the county population has also gathered in key townships and counties.The gap between urban and rural areas has gradually widened,and the imbalance of public service facilities has been highlighted.This paper takes the basic education facilities of Chicheng county as the research object,and from the perspective of urban planning discipline,the investigation and research on the basic education facility in Chicheng county are conducted in the following aspects:Firstly,starting from understanding the concept and classification of basic education facilities,we sorted out the history of the development and distribution of basic education facilities in China,analyzed the relevant regulations and standards of basic education facilities,and studied the mechanism of the development of new urbanization and basic education.Secondly,a detailed investigation and analysis of the development of urbanization and the general layout of basic education facilities in Chicheng County reveals the main problems existing in the layout of basic education facilities there,and the in-depth study on the mutual promotion and influence of urbanization development and distribution of basic education facilities in Chicheng County was conducted.Finally,in accordance with the requirements of the development of new urbanization and the influencing factors of the spatial layout of basic education facilities,the principles,objectives,methods,and implementation plans for optimizing the spatial distribution of basic education facilities in Chicheng County are proposed.This paper hopes to make an in-depth study of the spatial distribution of basic education facilities in Chicheng County,sum up the interaction between the new type of urbanization and thelayout of educational facilities,and finally realize the vision of coordinated urban and rural development.
