With the advance of new-type urbanization,development of green energy,access of distributed generation,the rapid development of electric vehicles and energy storage devices,the existing distribution network is in urgent need of upgrading.On the other hand,the reliability of the distribution network and the quality of the power supply are higher.in the new situation.In order to better adapt to the development of new-type urbanization,research on coordination planning of urban and rural distribution network needs to be studied in depth.At first,this paper studies the economic development of large cities and towns under the new urbanization and the classification of new towns;and distribution network planning is out of keeping with new urbanization,so we put forward appropriate principles of distribution network planning and construction of the new urbanization.This work lays a foundation for following research.Secondly,in order to study the influence of distributed power access on distribution network planning,the power flow calculation considering the uncertainty of wind and solar is carried out.The interval models for wind power and solar power are established based on the characteristics of the wind power generator output and the photovoltaic cell output.The improved analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the credibility of the intervals.The blind number theory and Cholesky decomposition are applied to study the correlation between wind speed and light intensity.According to the result of the power flow calculation with uncertainty,the voltage operational quality index is proposed to measure the impact of the DG.Finally,the new distribution network planning principle is demonstrated.Two distribution network plans of Huagang town in Feixi are made.The plans are based on the new principle and the original principle respectively.About the plans,it makes contrast from three aspects:reliability,economical efficiency,and coordination.And the adaptability and superiority of new principle is proved.
