With the development of Huining county modern industry and agriculture and increasing people's living standards, demand for electricity is increasing at high speed. In order to meet the growing demand for electricity, we must continue to reform the existing rural power grid and expand the scale of the existing rural power grid. An increasingly onerous task of the rural power grid planning is imposed on planner.However, due to a number of institutional, policy, technical and historical reasons, the development and planning of rural grid is not reasonable, the grid network structure is weak. The reliability of power supply and voltage qualification rate are low. The problem of undercapacity and high loss equipment still exists, not only hindered the the Huining regional economic development, also caused a serious waste of resources.In this paper, based on in-depth analysis of the Huining economic development and Huining region35kV grid structure,35kV grid is selected as a object of network planning research. A according to the current grid situation, existing problems of rural areas and regional load development, the Construction of the110kV main network is considered comprehensively, the region power load is. forecasted, and a specific network planning program is given. In post-planning grid, the power flow is calculated, static security analysis and economic analysis is finished. At last supplementary planning proposals is put forward in order to improve the the Huining area35kV grid layout, and enhance the rural power supply capacity to meet the needs of the development of load, and further promote the economic prosperity of rural areas.
