Research On Land Control And Planning Indicators Of Ankang High-tech Zone

The high-tech industrial development zone is an important engine for regional economicdevelopment.It has become an important symbol for measuring the comprehensive strength of a country and has been highly valued and flourished worldwide.By 2018,China's high-tech industrial development zones have reached 168,becoming the core base for the development of China's high-tech industries and an important pillar of the national economy.At present,the Ankang High-tech Economic and Technological Development Zo ne has been promoted to a national high-tech zone since 2009.The rapid expansion of the park has resulted in inefficient land use efficiency and serious waste of land resources.Therefore,in the new era,the land is intensively utilized in China.The pressure of policy and the extensive land use in high-tech zones highlight the challenges of the problem.How to control the land,intensive use of land,and plan a scientific development path for the park is particularly important.This paper takes Ankang High-tech Zone as an empirical research area.Firstly,through in-depth study of the theory and practice of land use control at home and abroad,the direction of this research is obtained.Secondly,the investigation method-analysis problem-solving problem-solving basic research method is used.The status and characteristics of land use in high-tech zones are analyzed as the basis for research.Thirdly,through analyzing the influencing factors of land control in Ankang High-tech Zone,the paper proposes the transformation of land control ideas from four aspects: ideas,content,methods and decision-making,and proposes the principles,objectives and framework of land control.O n this basis,the control path is proposed from the aspects of total control,enhanced top-level design,intensity control,enhanced operability,management control,and enhanced planning and guidance.Finally,further put forward specific strategies at the level of total control,intensity control,management control,etc.,so as to effectively control the land use in Ankang High-tech Zone,achieve the goal of protecting limited land resources,and ensure the win-win goal of industrial production and urbanization.The paper hopes to expand the corresponding theoretical research through the study of land control and ind icators in Ankang High-tech Zone,and to make reference for the future land control and utilization of high-tech zones in the northwest regions.
