The development of China's high-tech Zone originated in the last century in 90s,which is a knowledge and technology intensive industrial development zone by the concept of "new industrial space" in view of foreign countries.Since the reform and opening technology innovation constantly to help push the development and construction of high-tech zones,the city has become the effective path to enhance their competitiveness from the regional background,but also become the city to accelerate the process of catalyst.High tech Zone has skill innovation,enterprise cluster cooperation,clear division of labor,different from the general industrial space,which is a derivative of the mechanism,have clear competitive advantage,so to create a high-tech zone in the country began to boom.In this paper,research and innovation in High-tech Zone land use in land as the research object,based on the "planning and land" perspective,comprehensive sociology,economics and urban and rural planning thinking,through scientific research and innovation of the high-tech zones for the definition and analysis of related domestic high-tech zones planning thinking and methodology,to Ningbo high tech Zone as an empirical case analysis,combing the development process of Ningbo high tech Zone,summarizes the presentation mode research and innovation space,and clearly the Ningbo high tech Zone is facing many problems in the future development,aiming at the contradiction of current land development park on the way,especially the proposed mixed general rules for the preparation of with the management of confusion,high-tech zones to explore the future feasible development strategy and adapt to the mode of operation of land.With the emergence of new industries,new formats and requirements of scientific research and innovation for innovation of industrial elements in the supply of land space forms has become increasingly complicated and uncertain factors of its own gradually increased,adapting to the conditions of the land more attention to market flexibility and mixed function.Although the domestic city is also in the exploration of different degrees,but the lack of relevant systems.Therefore,this paper carries on the discussion of the topic,is the hope of High-tech Zone scientific research innovation land constitutes a system of scientific research and innovation,put forward the connotation and features of land space,explore the development model of optimization and classification system,provide reference methods for the guidance of scientific research and innovation in high-tech Zone land planning and construction.
