China High-tech Zone is developed in the1990s, has more than twenty years, due tothe reform and opening up and continue to promote technological innovation, high-techzones have become an incubator for high-tech industries, regional economic developmentand urbanization process of catalytic converters the accelerator. Countries are currentlyfacing industry restructuring in the background, facing a tight high-tech zones "second."However, due to the development of high-tech zones and space industry is unique, makingthe current in accordance with the overall urban planning ideas and methods ofpreparation of high-tech zone plan mostly out of touch with high-tech industrial planningarea, planning is difficult to achieve high-tech zones to adapt to high-tech zonedevelopment planning purposes, while high-tech area site extensive use of the growingproblem of shortage of space resources significant, standing high-tech industrialdevelopment zone land use planning perspective the preparation of the requirement isurgent. The current high-tech zones in China due to lack of planning theories and methods ofprofessional planning, urban planning still apply the land use classification andcomposition of the standard system, no longer able to meet the high-tech zones and landdevelopment industry, leading to high land use efficiency is not high. For in this case, thispaper is based on domestic and foreign high-tech zones and summary case studies, combined with new high-tech area site features new demands made on high-tech industrialdevelopment zone of high-tech trends and the demand for land area land use classificationstrategies and recommendations; in this based on the national high-tech zones in China’sland constitutes a comparative analysis to summarize the proportion of cases, come toaffect the high-tech industrial development zone and the proportions of the factors of land, and so raised the proportion of high-tech area site constitutes suggestions for improvement; Finally, the article with Wuhan East Lake national Innovation Model area Master Plan, thetext of the conclusions of previous empirical research. This paper hopes to land use classification of high-tech zones, and the proportions ofthe study site, high-tech zones proposed land use classification systems approach to explore the high-tech and industrial planning docking area planning methodologyimprovements, urban planning and design staff as for the practical application of high-techzone plan new technologies and methods for guiding the preparation of regional masterplan and a variety of high-tech zone industrial park in order to provide reference method.
