Research On Engineering Project Management Based On BIM Technology

Building information modeling(BIM)is a multi-dimensional model developed on the basis of traditional CAD technology.As is known to all,BIM building information model for us to show the 2 d drawings can give visual effects and cognitive point of view,virtual construction based on BIM for construction enterprises to effectively control construction organization,reduce rework,cost control,progress,to create green environmental protection low carbon construction provides a strong support.As the BIM concept within the construction industry are constantly cognition and recognition,its effect also growing in the engineering field,as a construction project is of vital importance to the whole life cycle of construction stage,the use of BIM building information model for construction enterprises is extremely important impact on construction.This paper summarizes the existing based on BIM technology application in construction,firstly illustrates the construction process in safety,schedule,quality,cost,the four management the causes of the problems existing in the traditional management method and,in turn from the four aspects this paper introduces the application of BIM in construction stage and the application of BIM technology advantage.In this paper,the traditional construction management method and the construction management method of BIM technology are compared and analyzed.Finally combining the typical application cases at home and abroad,the paper expounds the practice,the application of BIM technology in the construction phase summarize BIM technical obstacles encountered in the construction stage promotion,and promote development Suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the research results will help to reduce and avoid to exist in the traditional construction project management methods,such as the quality is not high,schedule delays and budget overruns,raise the level of construction technology and management.
