| With the economic development of our country entering the new normal,the traditional extensive construction mode is far from meeting the new needs of the development of our construction industry.In order to better adapt to the new economic development form,under the encouragement and implementation of the national policy,the general contracting mode of EPC project has been developed rapidly in our country.under the EPC mode,the characteristics of large scale of construction project,high investment,tight construction period,many participants and difficult coordination and management determine that the contractor faces too many uncertain factors in the process of project implementation and needs to bear more risks.Construction stage is the key stage of building EPC project forming entity,this stage Paragraph risk control has the most direct and important impact on the whole project.Against this background,this paper studies the risk of construction EPC project from the perspective of general contractor.The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)In the part of basic research,this paper mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this subject,the research contents and methods,combs and analyzes the current situation and related theories of the research on EPC mode and construction stage risk at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.(2)In the part of risk factor identification,first of all,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature on EPC project risk evaluation combing and summing up the general contractor in the construction stage of the construction EPC project potential risk factors;Secondly,combined with the analysis of the Model Text of the General Contracting Contract for Construction Project,the main risk factors faced by the contractor in the construction stage of the construction EPC project are found out by reading the existing literature on EPC project risk evaluation at home and abroad,and the primary risk index system of the construction stage is summarized and determined.Finally,according to the primary index system,the key risk factors in the construction stage are extracted by using the questionnaire method and the SPASS software,and the package is constructed A risk evaluation index system of construction EPC project including 7 first-class indexes and 30second-class indexes.(3)In the risk evaluation section,this paper uses subjective and objective AHP-EW weighting method to calculate and determine the combined weight of each risk index firstly,and then constructs a multi-level risk evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(4)The empirical research part,combined with the actual case of a large public building EPC project,verifies the effectiveness of the constructed risk evaluation model and puts forward targeted risk control suggestions for the construction stage risk of the construction EPC project according to the evaluation results.Through the study of the risk in the construction stage of the construction EPC project,this paper has certain reference value to the general contractor in carrying out the risk management work in the construction stage of the construction EPC project.And it helps to improve the level of risk management in the construction stage of construction EPC projects. |
