Application Research Of Contractor Cost Management In Construction Stage Based On BIM Platform

Economic development led to the continuous development of the construction industry and the real estate industry,the construction industry has quickly become a labor-intensive,extensive operation of the industry.People's living standards are gradually improving,and the requirements on the functions,appearance and comfort of the buildings are higher.The amount of information given to the construction projects is increasing day by day.Especially in many modern large-scale construction projects,The long construction period,the single construction management mode,the large amount of information in the process of construction,so that the construction project project has also increased the difficulty,the traditional project cost management is difficult to be effectively controlled.The project cost management in the construction phase is an important part in the whole process cost management of construction projects.Strengthening project cost management during the construction phase is of great significance to controlling the entire project cost,which can effectively reduce the construction cost and improve the economic benefits of construction projects.At this stage,many construction projects ignore the construction cost management during the construction stage,which leads to overruns of construction projects and serious delay of construction period,which is an urgent problem to be solved by the project management department.BIM software is used to construct the building information model to integrate the information of each stage of the project construction stage so as to promote the good participation and cooperation of all sectors so as to realize the project cost management from the construction preparation stage to the completion and delivery stage and effectively reduce the actual construction project cost,Avoid budget overruns.This paper mainly studies the project cost management in the construction phase of the contractor based on the BIM platform.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the research status at home and abroad and related concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the project cost management during the construction phase of the contractor,such as”IFC BIM and the subsystems interface problems,the business model did not apply the BIM core content,BIM applications lack of professional talent,BIM data input lag,the lack of a unified BIM modeling standards and other issues.Secondly,this paper puts forward an optimization system of project cost management in construction phase based on BIM technology,puts forward design process of construction cost information model transfer process based on BIM technology and puts forward three application schemes of project cost management based on BIM technology.By using Analytic Hierarchy Process And entropy weight-fixzzy comprehensive evaluation model and other methods to achieve construction phase project cost management options comparison and determine the final application of the optimal program.Taking YiDuHuaYuan construction project as an example,this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction preparation phase,construction phase and completion and delivery phase of the project,and explains the application effect of BIM technology and the significance of its application.The application of cost management recommendations,including six major aspects,respectively,are the first,increase the "IFC"attention and management,improve data sharing response speed;Second,to strengthen the technology to solve BIM and the various subsystems Thirdly,deepen and make full use of the core content of BIM technology;fourth,strengthen the absorption and training of BIM application professionals;fifth,innovate BIM data input methods and grafting other professional data input methods;Build a unified BIM modeling standard.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide some basis and reference for engineering cost management based on BIM technology during the construction stage.
