| With the accelerating speed of industrial transformation and upgrading,highly qualified interdisciplinary engineering talents have become more and more popular in the labor demand structure.As a source of engineering talents,higher engineering education needs to make great efforts in the setting stage to effectively meet the needs of highly qualified interdisciplinary engineering talents in industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on this,this research explores the problems of the higher engineering education professional settings under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,and has formed the following five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly elaborates on research background,problem proposal,research significance,concept definition,literature review,theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods.The second part is an analysis of the ideal characteristics of the higher engineering education professional settings.Firstly,through the interpretation of the policy documents,it is clear that under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,industry-oriented,connotative development,and sustainable development are the ideal characteristics of the higher engineering education professional settings.Then,based on the law of internal and external relations of education,this study analyzes the ideal characteristics of the higher engineering education professional settings.Finally,this study clarifies that a solid foundation of discipline development and a rational dynamic assessment mechanism are key factors in achieving the ideal characteristics of the higher engineering education professional settings.The third part is to identify the discipline development foundation based on social network analysis.Taking T University as an example,this study first uses the patent data to construct a network map,and analyzes the objective indicators such as the degree centrality,the betweeness centrality,and the co-occurrence frequency to clarify the foundation of the strong discipline development.Then,the basic discipline development foundation will be brought into the natural growth model,and the potential professional setting advantages within T University will be explored.Finally,this study is based on the advantages of professional settings,and develops professional planning for T University under the government’s industry-orientedmacroeconomic regulation.The fourth part is to construct a dynamic evaluation mechanism based on knowledge-based measurement.First of all,it is clear that the knowledge structure that is broad and deep is the evaluation standard of professional sustainable development ability.Then take T-University’s biomedical engineering,applied chemistry,precision instrument and machinery,power system and its automation as examples to quantify the broadness,deepness and intrinsic relationship of its knowledge structure.Finally,based on the results of quantitative research,this study makes a judgment on the professional sustainable development ability.The fifth part is the research conclusions and countermeasures.This part is mainly based on the research conclusions,and proposes countermeasures for the three main bodies of the government,universities and evaluation institutions,namely,the top-level design,the precise identification of the discipline development foundation,and the scientific construction dynamic evaluation mechanism. |
