Case Study Of Boutique Hotel Design In Rural Wilderness Areas In East China

As history evolves to the era of experience economy,boutique hotels enter people's vision.At the same time,with the steady progress of China's new rural strategy,the upsurge of rural construction gradually spreads,and rural tourism develops rapidly.In this context,boutique hotels under the rural environment emerge in China.Although the total amount is small,the development speed is considerable,among which there are some construction cases worth discussing.However,when boutique hotels are breaking through the soil in the rural environment,there are few relevant architectural theory achievements to provide help for the design of such buildings,resulting in the situation that architectural practice precedes theory.In this context,it is particularly important to sort out a clear definition of such buildings and establish a set of design strategies for boutique hotels in rural environments.Therefore,this thesis combines the domestic and foreign theoretical research results to define the concept and characteristics of rural environment and boutique hotel.On the basis of using the method of case study,from the domestic emerging good practice mining the corresponding design method in the case,through the analysis of the research will take place each case individually,it contains different parts of the design process,layout,function,space,structure,material,etc.)to extract and summary,through the classification comparison sort out the common tendency and technique,longitudinal summary and extract become boutique hotel design strategy in rural environment.In the basic research stage,relevant concepts and characteristics are obtained through theoretical research,which can be used to guide the collection and analysis of actual construction cases.On this basis,the most representative in the country to the east China area as the research scope,within the scope of the selected through the evaluation of 10 rural environment built boutique hotel actual cases as the research sample of case study,through research using the combination of text,pictures,charts and diagrams,to explore the design method of behind each case design.Design strategies for case study stage of the environment and building layout,function configuration,space organization and design,construction craft,material,structure,system,summarizes the design method of extraction and classification analysis,and put forward new and modified two aspects in the design strategy,further evidence and support with related cases and theories,finally become an effective summary boutique hotel building design strategy in countryside environment.Finally,it is hoped that the design strategy of boutique hotels in rural environment obtained through the case study in this thesis can provide reference and help for design practitioners,and bring some deeper thinking and discussion on the design of boutique hotels in rural environment.
