After2000, as China’s economy continues to grow rapidly with the implementationof the long holiday system, domestic and foreign tourist arrivals to grow exponentiallyevery year. The tourism market began to structural changes, mainly in tourist travelpatterns forward this holiday shift. Domestic hotels for vacation tourism market aregrowing rapidly, and the resort is the fastest-growing type. After years of explorationand construction, it already has a lot of international hotel brands in the country withinternational influence to make a boutique resort hotel, such as Banyan Tree Department,Amman, Pullman and other hotel brands in Lijiang, Hangzhou, Sanya and other places.Mountain architectural design and resort design all have their own characteristicsand theory. For mountain scenic boutique resort hotel, this paper attempts to analyze ofsuch hotel, to find out the intrinsic link and the "characteristics" between the mountainarchitecture and boutique resort hotel. And finally, to find a harmony way withmountain scenic area and boutique resort design.The article first reviews the development of Chinese boutique resort, summed upthe current representative of mountain scenic resort features, such as culturalcharacteristics, size, function and management, general layout and architectural designfeatures. Then it analyzes the impact of this type of hotel building factor. Based on theconjunction with the type of hotel characteristics and influencing factors, this paperstudied the mountain scenic boutique resort in the subject and scale, sitting, overalllayout, architectural style, public service and room space, materials and technical designpoint. Finally, with the actual design projects, it analysis the various design strategiesapplied in practice effect for the future of mountain scenic resort features reasonableconstruction and design methods.The full text of the topic is divided into five chapters:The first chapter clearly defined the thesis and overview the features mountainscenic resort construction status and existing problems, and reviewed the characteristicsof this type of resort hotel’s development and characteristics. In additionally, thischapter explains the research background, purpose, significance.The second chapter analyzes thevarious factors that impact on mountain scenicboutique resort, and concludes the characteristics on this type of resort hotel. Also, thischapter gives a brief description of its characteristics impact in architectural design. The third chapter is the basis for the study. Combining characteristics of mountainscenic boutique resort, this chapter discussed construction factors from three aspects ofthe hotel’s location, features and scale positioning,. And then, it discussed the hoteloverall layout and the points should be pay attention.The fourth chapter is the paper’s core chapter. Based on the conclusion in previouschapter and combined the documents and example research, it summed up designmethods of mountain scenic boutique resort on modeling, public service and room space,materials, regional environment, technical and other aspects. That adapt to currentmarket needs and the natural environment protection requirements.The fifth chapter is the focus of thesis. It transformed the aforementionedperceptual awareness of each chapter gradually into actual rational design process, andsummarizes the various design strategies used in practice results.The cases mentioned are limited and certainly unique, but these problems arerepresentative and have both theoretical and practical value for this thesis. The aim ofthe research is to achieve attentions of professional personage and unprofessionalpersonage who devote themselves to the study of the mountainous scenic boutiqueresort hotel design.
