The Study On Intercourse Space Design Of Elderly Facilities In Beijing

The study belongs to the research about the social space of old-aged facilities based on the survey of behavior and psychological needs of the elderly.This research believes that the systematic construction of the communication environment plays an important role in elderly institutions.With the miniaturization of family structure and the increasing burden of raising,more and more elderly people are faced with the choice of different types of elderly institutions.At the same time,due to the disconnection of the existing social relations after retirement,reshape the social network of the elderly,and enrich the elderly's life,which has become a major problem of existing pension facilities.As a relatively closed living environment,the elderly institutions should strengthen the construction of communication environment,and constantly improve the closed and single situation of the existing environment,which will largely alleviate the social phenomenon with low occupancy rate.Throughout the research field of domestic elderly facilities,more research results about communication environment focus on the material space environment,the spatial design of the building ontology and the simple classification of the public space and the mechanical description of the design method.However,there are not many research results based on behavior.The research on personal attributes and spatial composition still occupies a small number.This study takes Roger Barker's "behavior-place" theory and the "interpenetration theory" of environmental behavior as the main research method,focusing on the multiple mechanisms of the interaction between behavior and environment.The levels of the communication environment of elderly institutions are the physical space,the behavior space and the cultural space.The systematic construction of the communication environment aiming at providing design basis and design countermeasures for future nursing homes and other facilities,with the result of alleviating the current situation.It is worth noting that position of this paper from the perspective of the building.To solve the problems of the existing elderly institutions,not only the field of architecture,but also the cooperation between departments,and the improvement of various insurance systems.Only with the help from different fields,can we build a harmonious social environment.
