The Design Research For Intercourse Space Of House For The Elderly

Since the 90' s of 20th century, China has enter an elder society. The elderly problems have become one of the key factors of nation's stability and development. Residence of the elderly is the core of the elderly problems and the intercourse of the elderly is the key of their health.With the change of the conception of the aged, house for the elderly has become the first selection of more and more elders, so the perfect the design of for elderly house intercourse space is urgent for architecture.In first chapter, the house of elderly development in China and developed countries is stated. In the second chapter, after analyzing the physical, mental and action characters, some questions of the design for the elderly house are discussed. The special requirement and the design goal for the elderly intercourse space are presented in the third chapter.The actual investigation for the elderly houses in Zhengzhou is illustrated in the fourth chapter, also are the survey and suggestion to their designs. In the last chapter, a detail classification is given to the elderly intercourse space, a lot of samples abroad are listed as reference for design.
