Study On Collaborative Management In The Prophase Planning Stage Of Large-scale Engineering Construction Program

The development and progress of the times make the environment of the construction more and more complex,and there will be a variety of new problems and challenges in the process of construction.In order to change the current situation,this paper takes integrated management planning as the focus of the study,thus ensuring the high feasibility of the conception and project implementation in the early stage of the project.First of all,the author studies the management scope of large engineering projects,and focuses on the structure and division of labor.By explaining the related theories of collaborative management,this paper reveals the important role of collaborative theory in project management.Then,it analyzes the relevant contents of project planning and project stakeholders,and emphasizes the principles and main processes of early project planning.Secondly,this article takes Tianjin Binhai Ma Zu Culture Park as the concrete research object,from its early planning stage coordination management present situation as the starting point,finds out its concrete question in the coordination management,and the countermeasures to improve the level of collaborative management of large engineering projects are put forward,and the countermeasures are integrated.It provides some reference value for the coordination management in the early planning stage of large-scale engineering construction project.Finally,although the relevant theoretical research on many construction projects has been mature,there are still many problems in the concrete practice.Therefore,the research on collaborative management of large engineering projects needs to be further explored.To achieve the integration of theory with practice,effectively improve the level of collaborative management of large-scale engineering projects.
