With the emergence and development of intelligent technology in construction industry in recent years,construction enterprises have introduced the traditional and longstanding work of construction project management into the digital and intelligent era to the application of intelligent technology from cooperative office,BIM technology to intelligent site,big data,cloud computing,and even the rapid rise of five G technology.But different from the blowout phenomenon of intelligent technology,the project management mode has not changed much,which also causes the modern project management level to be in the backward situation compared with the technology.Based on the theory of cooperation,integration theory and so on,this paper takes the intelligent construction organization planning management as the research object,combines the advantages and characteristics of BIM 、 intelligent construction site,cooperative office platform,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,designs the intelligent construction organization planning management system covering enterprises and projects,and puts forward the research results of organization structure,planning content and operation management in the planning system.On the basis of extensive study of literature and field visits,this paper puts forward the management mode of building an efficient and concise execution team with enterprise planning center project,emphasizes the management idea of "emphasizing the back end and neglecting the front end ",transfers the planning key work from the project to the enterprise,sends the planning results to the project in the form of task,and then has the project execution planning plan.The whole management process runs through the application of a large number of intelligent technology,and forms a high value fusion between technology and management to achieve the purpose of intelligent fine management.Based on the proposed new intelligent construction organization planning management mode,from the point of view of the transformation of planning results,the application analysis of the actual project case ——SL building reconstruction and extension project is carried out,and the application effect analysis and evaluation are carried out on the organization planning of the construction site,construction scheme,construction quality,safety and so on.The conclusion shows that the research results can effectively improve the planning efficiency and implementability of construction organization planning,and also promote the application and development of intelligent technology in enterprises and projects.
