Research On Network Governance Of Project Stakeholder S Under IPD Mode Based On Control Rights

The construction industry is an important part of the development of the n ational economy,but as the scale of China's construction industry continues to expand,the efficiency of the entire industry has not been further improved.The traditional engineering delivery model lacks stable cooperative relations and coo peration mechanisms,and the frequent opportunistic behavior among stakeholders is an important cause of the current dilemma.The results of many scholars sh ow that the competition for control between the owner and the non-owner in th e project is the essential reason for the contradiction of the participants.The IP D(Integrated Project Delivery)model has an advanced integration concept,but the application of the IPD model does not mean that all problems are solved.F rom the perspective of control rights,the project stakeholder network under the IPD model can be solved in the engineering project.Participants are intrinsicall y contradictory and accelerate the promotion of the IPD model in China.Because the existing literature has little research on the control right in the IPD mode,the necessity and scientific research of the control right under the IPD mode are proved in the first part through theoretical analysis and bibliomet ric methods.Then,through the literature,the three kinds of stakeholder network governance methods are sorted out.On this basis,the social network analysis method is used to select the governance mode of the stakeholder network chara cteristics under the IPD model.The results show that the single center dominate s the governance mode.And multi-centered governance can be adopted.In order to obtain the conditions and scope of the two governance methods,and to pr ove the scientific nature of the conclusion,the evolutionary game model of the owner-designer-contractor is constructed by using the evolutionary game method,and the stable evolution strategy of the system is analyzed.The research result s show that in the long run,the owners,contractors and designers have the sa me stable evolution strategy,that is,the multi-center-led governance should be a dopted to govern the IPD model stakeholder network.This paper introduces control into the research of IPD mode and enriches t he research content of IPD mode.At the same time,the proposed IPD model s takeholder network governance research not only provides the possibility to elim inate the contradictions among stakeholders in the project,but also helps acceler ate the promotion of IPD mode in China.
