Highway Construction Project Stakeholder Management Research

With various complicated construction projects,the development trend of project management were significantly improve all aspects of demand,the management of project management is not only a project manager in work,also contains relevant project stakeholders to support and participate in,stakeholder management rationalization degree gradually become the core element of the project goals.Involvement of human interaction is insufficient,lack of coordination become bottlenecks in the stakeholder management,strengthen the stakeholder management,efficient processing stakeholder human relations,improve stakeholders collaborative interaction has become a key stakeholder management problem.Therefore,based on the actual highway construction projects,the research of stakeholder management problems,analyze project stakeholders in the management work,scientific identification of stakeholders,classification,and guarantee involvement on effective communication and collaboration,stakeholder management is scientific and comprehensive.In this paper,on the basis of the research background and significance,first elaborated the research framework and methods,and a detailed review of scholars has completed research literature review;Secondly,to define the research object,and interpretation of the object of study connotation;In theory expounded on the basis of practical analysis,with A highway construction project as an example to stakeholder analysis,summarizes the problems in the analysis;Finally,summarize the research conclusion,put forward reasonable prospect for future research.Expectations of highway project practice and relevant scholars has reference meaning follow-up study.
