| At present, the stock of existing residential buildings in China is huge, and many buildings are difficult to meet people’s requirements in terms of function and safety,so the state vigorously promotes the development of green transformation of existing residential buildings. However, due to the large scale and high cost of green renovation of existing residential buildings, and the cooperation of all stakeholders is required in the transformation process, the choice of stakeholder behavior strategy will affect the progress and quality of the renovation project,so it is particularly important to study the stakeholder behavior of green renovation of existing residential buildings.Firstly, the concepts related to green renovation of existing residential buildings, social network analysis theory, stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory are elaborated as the theoretical basis for this study. Then,by collating the literature related to the green renovation of existing residential buildings,8 types of stakeholders were screened out,and the social network analysis method was used to determine the core stakeholders:the government, renovation service companies and owners, and on this basis,15 factors affecting the behavior of core stakeholders were screened out through literature research, and the social network analysis method was continued to be used to determine 8 key influencing factors. Then, the evolutionary game model of the three-way subject is established based on the core stakeholders and the key influencing factors of their behavior, and the behavior evolution process is displayed by copying the dynamic equation and phase diagram, and the three-way evolution equilibrium analysis is carried out,and five evolutionary stability strategies are determined. Finally, based on the case analysis, the simulation parameter assignment is determined, and the evolution path of each equilibrium point is analyzed by using Matlab software, and the government’s punishment, the government’s subsidy for the transformation service company and the owner, and the cost of the transformation service company and the owner are simulated to determine its impact on the evolution path. The results show that the government’s punishment and subsidy to the transformation service company have a positive effect on the qualified transformation of the transformation service company;the government’s subsidy to the owner has a positive effect on the active participation of the owner; The incremental cost of active participation has a negative effect on the qualified renovation of the renovation service company and the active participation of the owner respectively.Combining the key influencing factors of the behavior of core stakeholders and the results of evolutionary game simulation analysis, this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the three main bodies:the government, the renovation service company and the owners:the government should improve the legal system, set a reasonable punishment, and improve the incentive mechanism; The renovation service company should formulate a scientific green renovation plan to improve the technical level of green renovation;the owner should actively communicate with the renovation service company to raise the awareness of green renovation. |
