Research On Risk Management Of B Airlines Company Cost System Reforming Projects

Cost management is the main source of competitive advantage.With the increasing competition in the aviation market and the increasing cost of maintenance and operation management,cost management has become the main strategy for airlines to build competitive advantage.The construction of cost information management system based on information technology has also become an Important means for airlines.This paper mainly focuses on the project risk management.Research of B Airlines cost information management system,Analyze the potential risk factors faced by the B Airlines cost information management system optimization project to ensure the efficient promotion of the project.This paper first uses the brainstorming method and the interview method to analyze the sources of management risk in the process of cost information management system optimization project development.On this basis,uses Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process assessment of the potential key risk elements facing the project.According to the research,the Risk Management of Corporate Cost System Reform Project of B Airlines are mainly reflected in five aspects.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the paper proposes countermeasures against potential key risk factors for project development.The research results of this thesis will provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of the cost information management system optimization project of B airlines,and provide reference for the development and management of related projects of other companies.
