Research On Cost Management Of Food (Medical)Irradiation Project In CNNC Isotope&Radiation (Changchun) Company

Radiation processing is an emerging high-tech industry,with the “green processing industry” and the sunrise industry in this century.Since the National Development and Reform Commission implemented the special implementation of civilian non-power nuclear technology,nuclear technology applications,especially the radiation processing industry,have developed rapidly.According to relevant industry association statistics,by 2010,non-powered nuclear technology and application industries will achieve sales revenue of 16 billion yuan.According to the “12th five-year” development plan of the radiation processing industry,by 2015 alone,the radiation processing industry has reached 70 billion,with an average annual growth of 15%.The scale of the irradiation treatment industry for food and medical products will reach 36 billion yuan.With the increasingly stringent national requirements for food and drug safety,the use of irradiation for disinfection and sterilization has the advantage of no residue,and is a high-tech industry encouraged by the country.In the future,its application scope will gradually expand,and its service price will follow.The variety and increase of product categories remain relatively stable,and the demand for sterilization service processing will gradually expand.With the continuous development and progress of modern society,project management has gradually become an important way for enterprise management,organization and operation in the new era,and has become a major content of social management and enterprise management.The cost management of the project is the organization and control of the cost of achieving the project objectives.It is the core part of project management.The efficient,reasonable and scientific project cost management plays a key role in successful project management.The research of this paper is that the implementation of the project cost management system can provide the method of optimizing the cost management for the enterprises in the irradiation industry,improve the market competition ability of the enterprises in the irradiation industry,and actively promote the sustainable development of the enterprises and improve the profit index of the enterprises.In this paper,taking the cost management of the food(medical)radiation project of Changchun company of central nuclear power as the research object,the project resource planning,project cost estimation and adjustment,project cost budget and project cost control are studied in combination with project cost management theory,project cost management theory and project cost management theory,combining project construction projects,market demand and risk,project construction organization and so on.And so on.The research in this paper has significant reference and promotion effect to reduce the project cost and enhance the economic efficiency of the enterprises in the irradiation industry.
