Research On Constyuction Cost Management Of Z Company’s Y Project

With the vigorous development of the our country building economy,construction industry market competition gradually perfecting supervision mechanism,the construction industry excessive competition,low profit margins,especially the country developed in recent years,the environmental protection policy,puts forward new requirements for building the economy,the construction need of labor costs and rising raw material costs,construction workers employed a large number of reducing,The construction enterprises are faced with greater risks and challenges.In this market environment,low-cost competition has become an important means of competition for construction enterprises,and the effective control of construction cost of construction projects has also become the core issue of concern for construction enterprises,which will directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises.In Z company Y project as the research object,using induction method,case analysis,earned value analysis,etc.,this paper discusses the Y project in the construction phase of the existing problems in cost management,and analysis the cause of the problem,finally put forward the measures to solve the problem,in order to the company for the future of the project construction cost management provides a new train of thought.In this paper,the background and significance of the research,research content and related literature on project construction cost management are described.Secondly,it combs the related concepts of cost management,whole-process cost management theory,responsibility cost management theory and earned value method,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Again in Z company Y project as a case study,this paper analyzes the problems existing in project cost management and the reasons of the problems,such as incomplete cost calculation,full cost management consciousness weak,lack of dynamic adjustment of cost plan,ineffective cost control,lack of responsibility system,mere formality of assessment,lack of effective incentive system,etc.,Finally,in view of the above problems,based on the theory of cost management,earned value method and WBS,this paper puts forward WBS cost estimation method,the standard process of cost planning,constructs the construction stage responsibility cost management system,strengthens the cost dynamic control,implements the project target responsibility system and the post responsibility system and other improvement measures.
