In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to their own health.The number of people participating in the annual health checkup has increased year by year,resulting in the daily sample volume of clinical laboratory(inspection department)of many medical institutions increasing year by year.And,there have been more and more automated inspection equipment in inspection laboratories,such as automatic biochemical analyzers,automatic blood cell analyzers,fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzers,and automatic coagulation analyzers.The emergence of fully automatic analytical equipment has greatly improved the efficiency of the laboratory,shortened the inspection report time,and better served the patients.According to statistics,during the clinical blood sample testing process,the time taken for sample pretreatment accounts for about 50% of the total TAT(turn-around-time,which refers to the time from the collection of blood samples to the reported results).The blood samples are on the automated analyzer.The detection time and the post-analysis processing time accounted for about 33% of the total TAT.Therefore,in order to shorten the TAT,the most important thing is to shorten the pre-treatment part of the blood sample.At present,sample pre-processing relies on labor,and the efficiency is relatively low,sometimes it is easy to make mistakes.Therefore,designing or introducing an automated sample pre-processing system can effectively replace artificial,avoiding the factors that are prone to error,and greatly improving the efficiency of sample pre-processing,which greatly shortens the sample inspection cycle.The system is mainly based on improving the pretreatment efficiency of blood samples,combining with the workflow of clinical laboratory,docking automatic inspection equipment manufacturers,in-depth communication with the inspection technology and inspection equipment manufacturers,and designing a set of automatic test tube sample pretreatment.system.The system includes a functional module such as a test tube sample automatic sorting module,a test tube sample automatic capping module,and a test tube sample automatic centrifugation module.During the design process,the opinions and suggestions of the relevant staff of the clinical laboratory were continuously sought,and the practicality of the system was continuously improved.
