The development of the whole laboratory automation system has provided great convenience for the development of the medical testing work,and has also attracted wide attention from various scientific research institutions.The whole laboratory automation system is a set of more complex automated equipment for blood sample detection,The integrated processing system for collecting blood vessels,recycling and storage is an important module of the equipment,which integrates the recovery module and storage module in the automatic pipeline system into a whole,so as to realize the combination of the recovery function and storage function of collecting blood vessels and thus fit the whole automatic pipeline system.This topic carries on the reasonable structure design and the control system design to this integration system.The specific research contents are as follows:Plan the overall scheme of the integrated system of collecting blood vessel recovery and storage,including the structural scheme of the system and the design of the control scheme.The scheme of mechanical structure includes the scheme planning of pallet transfer mechanism,discarding mechanism,rechecking manipulator and other modules.The control scheme chooses the mode of distributed control and selects some control components of the system.The mechanical structure of the integrated system for collecting vessels and recycling storage is designed,including the structural design of each module,the design of the overall three-dimensional model and the selection of some components.The key structural components in the system were simulated and analyzed to verify the stability of the structural design of the integrated system.Planed the operation flow of each institution in the operation of the integrated system of collecting vessels,recycling and storage,mainly including the initialization process planning of the integrated system,the operation process planning of storing pallets,and the operation process planning of discarding pallets.Furthermore,Assign the controller hardware interface to the system.On this basis,the integrated system for collecting blood vessels and recycling storage is programmed by PLC.The experimental prototype of the integrated system for collecting blood vessels,recycling and storage was built to conduct experimental research on the actual operation of the system,analyze the stability and reliability of each module in the actual operation,and verify whether the actual operation of each part of the mechanism meets the specified functional requirements.
