At present,in the society under the guidance of the rapid development of science and technology,people are increasingly interested in the quality of life at the same time,also more and more on their health status.Most people choose to increase the frequency of inspection to ensure the health of the body.The vast majority of medical diagnosis need reference blood samples.Total laboratory automation(TLA)has greatly promoted the development of medical blood detection.TLA can avoid mistakes caused by manual detection,and improve the efficiency of blood detection.As an important part of TLA,The blood collection tube loading system determines the speed and performance of the whole system.Therefore,designing a fast,smooth and effective blood loading system is of great significance for modern medical blood detection.The contents of this research are as follows:In view of the function and parameter requirements of the the blood collection tube loading system,the overall structure scheme of the system is completed.Considering the actual factors such as space,the final plan of the blood collection tube loading system is determined.Then the overall structure design is Completed.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the statics finite element analysis is carried out for the important parts of the blood collection tube loading system.The stiffness and strength of each part of the structure are determined to meet the requirements of use,so as to ensure the rationality and safety of the structure of the blood collection tube loading system.According to the function of the blood collection tube loading system,the overall design of the control scheme for the uploading system is carried out.The uploading system and the upper control system use the distributed control.And PLC is used as the controller of the uploading system to complete the PLC I/O allocation.The control logic analysis of the upload system control is completed,and the PLC control programming is carried out.The experimental platform is build and the wiring of the control system is completed.Using PANATERM Ver6.0 software,the waveform curve of AC servo motor is observed and its running speed is optimized.The prototype test is used to verify the rationality of the logical control program and the mechanical structure of the uploaded system.
