Blood oxygen and blood flow are important parameters in hemodynamics.Brain oxygen deficiency may cause dizziness,headache,memory and attention to decline seriously,insufficient blood oxygen concentration may lead to cardiac arrest,and insufficient local blood oxygen concentration may lead to muscle weakness and injury.When blood flow is insufficient in tissues,the cells cannot metabolize normally,the supply of oxygen and other tissues cannot be ensured,and the metabolic waste can not be removed.Their detection is of great significance in life science and clinical diagnosis.The existing detection technology has some limitations,such as expensive equipment,portability and limitation of measurement location.In this paper,a portable blood oxygen flow monitor is designed by using diffusion correlation spectroscopy technology,which is not invasive to human body and can be continuously detected in real time.It includes the development of hardware circuit,the realization of software function,the related test of hardware and software and the analysis of clinical experiment.In this paper,MCVM simulation is used to study the transmission of near infrared light in the brain and the ability to monitor blood oxygen flow and other information.It mainly includes: the establishment of MCVM simulation process,the construction of voxel matrix model of brain by visual Chinese,the setting of simulation files according to the optical parameters of relevant tissues;the analysis of photon transmission results of voxel matrix model and simulation files obtained by MCVM software,the results of absorption distribution and signal sensitivity distribution,simulation of different blood oxygen concentration,etc.Next,the overall structure of the portable blood oxygen flow monitor and the distribution function of hardware and software are planned in detail.The hardware framework of portable blood oxygen flow monitor is subdivided.The system design includes signal generation unit,signal collection unit,autocorrelation calculation unit,main control module of USB chip connection unit,firmware and driver of USB chip.At the same time,the software of portable blood oxygen flow monitor is designed,including device connection module,display operation module and operation analysis module.In this paper,the hardware,software and hardware and software functions of the instrument have been tested.In order to follow the clinical experiments,carrier verification experiments have also been done on the ordinary human body.The test and experimental results show that the portable blood oxygen flow monitor has the function of measuring blood oxygen flow,and the measurement sensitivity is high.In clinical testing,brain death diseases related to blood oxygen were selected,experimental scheme was designed,experimental subjects were selected,data were measured by portable blood oxygen flow monitor and processed.Finally,the application of the instrument in brain death and other fields was proved,and brain death and normal people were successfully distinguished.Considering that the related research has not discussed the issue of hair at present,the influence of hair on the measurement results is innovatively discussed in the simulation stage.At the same time,this paper also innovatively integrates some functions of software into hardware modules,which speeds up the overall operation speed and accuracy.
