At present,with the development of society,people pay more attention to the quality of life and their own physical health.People have increased the number of the routine medical examinations.Now,the results of the blood treatment have a significant effect on the medical diagnosis.In order to improve the speed,the accuracy and the stability of the test,the laboratory automation system(TLA)appear in our life.Using mechanical action to replace the traditional screening and other repetitive boring work.As a most important part of TLA,the blood sorting system has important influence on the performance of the whole system.Therefore,to design a blood sorting system which can suitable for China's national conditions has an important impact for the future development of China's medical industry.The research contents of this article are as follows:First of all,according to the sorting system functional requirements and design indicators,according to the different functions,carry out the modular design.Combined with the process program,and consider the rationality of the spatial layout structure,then design the structure program.Combined with the control and drive mode design and improve the whole control system program.Secondly,combined with the whole workflow design,analyze the main functional structure,and design the whole structure of the sorting system.According to the system control program,choose the right components and completed the selection of detection components.Furthermore,according to the structure and control scheme analyzed the logic of the sorting system.Then using Stateflow to build the entire sorting system model and simulation.Combine with the design requirements,select the appropriate PLC.Assign the PLC's I/O modules and variable addresses.Then using STEP7-Micro/WIN SMART software to design the program to achieve logic control.Finally,build the experimental platform,then use PANATERM ver6.0 software to do the position closed-loop control experiment.By changing the system rigid setting and driver control parameters,to make the control system reach the position control requirements.On this basis,doing the whole sorting system experiment.Experiments confirmed the function of the blood sorting system were well realized,and the feasibility of the sorting system was proved.
