With the rapid development of social economy and technology,various medical automation equipments are constantly emerging and becoming more mature,in which the laboratory automation system plays an increasingly important role in today's medical diagnostics.A blood collection tube recycling and capping system studied in this paper is an important part of the post-processing process of the blood collection tube sorting line automation system,which can recycle the blood collection tubes in different test tube racks to a unified refrigerator storage tray and automatically capping.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the development status of the laboratory automation systems and automatic capping machines at home and abroad is compared and analyzed.This paper complete the design of the structure of the system and the entire system modeling in SolidWorks according to functional requirements and design schemes based on the existing technology and the overall solution of the project system.The recycling module in this program is to adapt to a wide variety of inspection instruments on the market,while the automatic capping machine designed in this paper can realize the function of batch capping on the assembly line and has the characteristics of high efficiency,small space occupation and low cost.Secondly,the critical structure of the system is subjected to force analysis and the strength check is performed by Workbench in this paper,including the force analysis and check of the pinch finger and the force analysis and check of the cap.In order to analyze the vibration changes of the recycling mechanism before and after optimization,the modal analysis of the manipulator is performed using Workbench and the results before and after optimization are compared.The next,the control of the recycling and capping system are researched on in this paper,including the overall design of the recycling and capping system control logic,the use of stateflow for timing simulation,and the design of the system PLC control program.Finally,an experimental prototype of the recycling and capping system is built and the system is tested.The experiment mainly includes the functional experiment of recycling and capping modules to verify the achievability of the system function,and the operational reliability experiment on the capping module,in which the problems that the capping module may encounter during long-term operation are observed and analyzed,and a solution is proposed on the basis of analysis.
