The Quality Control Of EPC Mode

As one of the engineering contracting and management models rising in the international arena,EPC mode is responsible of contracting for construction,project,procurement,completion acceptance and trial operation.The engineering quality management is the core of EPC project management,and directly affect the success or failure of engineering construction.At the present stage,there are many problems of EPC mode project quality management,such as low quality management awareness,incomplete organizational structure and unsmooth communication,so it is urgent to research the EPC mode project quality management.By using field surveys and case studies,the quality management concept,quality management organization structure,quality standards,quality policy and objectives,quality control process,project quality management system,quality cooperation relationship of an EPC model project will be discussed in this paper.According to the principles of system integration,mandatory constraints,active control and operability,the solution and safety precautions will be formulated.At last,the entity quality of optimized EPC mode project will be compared.
