The Research On Urban Street View Space Reuse Of Residential Pocket Park

After the reform and opening up in 1978,China's urbanization process was rapidly promoted under the condition of rapid growth of national economy.A large number of non-urban population swarmed into the city,resulting in the high building density in the urban area and the squeezing of urban public gree n space.The pace of people's life is getting faster and faster.Most residents' work,life and social needs can be completed based on the Internet port,which also inhibits the material exchange between human and nature to a certain extent.As a result,p eople who live and work in the city have an increasing demand for accessible parks that are located near their doorsteps.However,the current situation is that in the past,under the high-speed urban development rhythm,the city lacks the attention to thi s type of park.In a large number of cities,there is a lack of parks and green Spaces that are convenient for residents to use,or such parks exist.However,due to factors such as over-extensive design and inconvenient use,residents nearby are not willi ng to use such parks.The government has begun to pay attention to this problem and wants to improve it,but the effect is not good without systematic theoretical guidance.In addition,the spatial pattern near the residential area of each city has been ba sically finalized in the process of urbanization,and it is almost impossible to build a new park by vacating the land near the residential area.From the perspective of foreign theories and practical experience,the project of reusing street view space that is no longer suitable for modern urban life into pocket park has conveniently and effectively met the public demand and solved the current problems faced by Chinese cities.With the development of the society,small pocket park should be an important development trend,which is an important supplement to the urban park and a great reference for the reuse of urban street view space in China.Starting from the relevant system theory,this paper first analyzes the concept of "residential pocket park" and urban street view space reuse through literature research.The research status of pocket park in theory and practice at home and abroad is described in detail.Secondly,this paper introduces the "function-morphology-capacity" control theory system of urban public space,classifies the design elements of the residential pocket park in functional and morphological aspects,laying a foundation for the case study below.Again,on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyses the street space reuse for "living model of the pocket park" project,both in function and form of the present situation of the design element characteristic,through a large number of detailed survey data analysis,compared the relevant foreign mature and practical cases,respectively,summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of such park in two aspects.Finally,based on the problems found in the above cases,this paper proposes specific strategies for the functional construction and morphological shaping of such parks.And according to the above research summary,put forward the formation of regional pocket park network,improve the quality of design and implementation,construction of low-cost pocket park with high social benefits.
