Study On The Cultivation In Spirits Of Craftsman And Dedicated For Higher Vocational Civil Engineerin Graduate

Higher vocational education is the most important part of professional education,which is the main training source of engineering technicians.China's professional education has developed rapidly after the reform and opening,in those vocational colleges,civil engineering is the fastest growing major.With the development of large-scale construction projects in China,civil engineering has been developing for more than ten years and has become one of the key majors in the development of many higher vocational colleges and universities.But,under the new economic situation,antifebrile real estate construction cause an employment through of civil engineering graduates,and make a big challenges for them,how to improve higher vocational civil talent's quality becomes one of important hot topic in the field of higher vocational education.From education perspective,This paper studies the quality of the labor force in the labor market supply and demand theory and theoretical basis,research higher vocational civil engineering graduates engagement at present situation and the cultivation of their key quality.Firstly,the paper starts from the characteristics of contemporary civil construction industry and the demand analysis of talent training,then points out the problems that arise when the current graduates enter the workplace.To solve these problems,it analyzes the graduates own quality,summarizes in knowledge,communication ability and willpower,ideas,external environment 4 aspects of the influence factors of the engagement.Based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the establishment of a higher vocational civil employee engagement influence factor evaluation model,in the spirit of craftsman and professional dedication to evaluate higher vocational civil engineering talent quality all aspects of its elements to its influence,and the weights of quantitative and comprehensive sequencing.Finally,based on the ranking of hierarchy analysis weight,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating talents' engagement in higher vocational colleges,including five main countermeasures.According to the hierarchical analysis on influencing factors of quantitative assessment results show that the impact on the engagement from high to low,are the influence of values,character,the outlook on life,professional knowledge,basic knowledge,school environment,family environment,communication ability.Which could lead to the elements of the merger integration,puts forward five training countermeasures,ideas and countermeasures for family factors,perseverance,basic knowledge and skills training countermeasures,the influence of school performance and the cultivation of communication ability,the construction of the teacher team.
