| According to the development requirements of the planning phase,according to lean production and lean design and Comply with Industry 4.0 & China made 2025,finish the new plant layout design and logistic planning for B Company.there is an P-Q analysis of the various types of products,then to predict capacity requirements during the planning period.cased on the production status analysis of the old plant,this study determines the area of each unit,and then designs the logistics mode,logistics relationship and layout and then research the detailed arrangement plan in the new plant,The main research work and results of this Dissertation like this:(1)P-Q analysis and capacity demand forecast.Some statistic analysis was used to study each customer order and production data,month order and production data,Seasonal trend prediction model was used to predict the future demand of production,and then calculate the demand for machinery and equipment number,assembly line quantity and worker quantity cased on the company’s products and machinery and the characteristics of the assembly line.(2)Design of production line units.The OMO production line(One Man Operation)is put forward on the basis of the conventional U line.The operation mode and running characteristics of OMO production line are analyzed,and the conventional U line and OMO production line are compared and analyzed.And further optimize the layout of the production line,focusing on the innovation of the work position and equipment.(3)Design of the overall layout of the factory building.On the basis of the research on the requirement of the layout planning of the workshop,the type and overall layout pattern of the plant production line are studied.The specific requirements,guiding principles,planning principles,design basis and ideas of the overall layout are given,and the logistics mode and the overall layout plan are comprehensively considered according to the area and shape of the new plant.At the same time,the position and area demand of the auxiliary department are analyzed in detail.(4)Design of the detailed layout of the factory building.The layout of the new plant is demonstrated and given.According to the specific needs,we design the layout of thewarehouse and the layout of the warehouse delivery to the production line,and get the detailed layout design plan of the factory,including the logistics path design of each workshop,the location and area setting of each unit and other related information.The scheme is demonstrated and evaluated.(5)Design of logistics distribution scheme.Based on the analysis of the current logistics program of B,the logistics mode of "goods to people" is put forward,and the mode is introduced into the warehouse to achieve the goal of realizing the supermarket.And the AGV-MILKRUN transport mode is introduced into the distribution of the supermarket to the production line,and the concrete implementation scheme is given,including the layout design,the operation process design and so on. |
