The Effect On Export Scale And Structure Of The Mechanical And Electrical Products Of Hunan Province By The Trade Friction Between China And America

With the development of trade friction between China and America,great changes taken place in Chinese economy:great shock in shock market,as well as the effect on the commonities export.Despite the fact that there may be an agreement between China and America in Feb.2019,the trade friction will be eternal in a long term.In the past,most of the artists concentrate on the causes of trade friction and its effect on chinese economy,there is few literature about how much will the friction affect a province even an industry.It is necessary for us to research on the effect of trade friction on Hunan province,and make adjustment according to these research.Based on Tariff game model,this page researches the scale and structure of Hunan’s electrical and mechanical products from 2009 to 2018 and the tariff and notariff by America from 2009 to 2018.According to these data above and VECM model,we have found that tariff will contribute to the export of transport and instrument,but mechanical products will reduce more compared with electrical products with the increase of tariff.Based on these conclusion,we suggest that we should realize that the trade friction between China and America will be eternal in a long term,and we should make prepare before new friction happen,improve the technology level of Hunan province products,etc.
