Since 2007,more than 10,000 private bookstores hav e closed down in China.In 2011,even the global physical bookstores shared the winter.From the beginning of the year to the end of the year,news of the closure of various physical bookstores at home and abroad came.However,since 2013,bookstores have ushered in the rise and recovery.With the support of policies and the needs of people’s spiritual life,more and more new bookstores have entered people’s lives.One of these new bookstores has a growing number of bookstores,which is a compound bookstore.The compound bookstore refers to a bookstore with a variety of functional formats in the bookstore,which incorporates a variety of formats such as coffee catering,art exhibition,cultural salon,cultural creation products,and floral tea art into the b ookstore.In the large-scale growth of the compound bookstore,the bookstores are mixed,and there are a lot of imitations.It can be seen that the development of the compound bookstore is still at the stage of exploration,and there is still no scientific guidance from its space design or business model.From the perspective of architectural design,this paper explores the relationship between space and human needs and psychological behavior based on the theory of environmental psychology.Through the literature research method,the field research method,the questionnaire survey method and the comparative analysis method,the 23 famous bookstores at home and abroad are deeply researched,and the current compound bookstores are classified into four categori es according to the business status: cultural space,art space.Classes,life groceries and reading light meals.Summarize the major problems in the current composite bookstore,and focus on the problems existing in the bookstore and draw on the excellent design cases,as well as the statistical results of the customer’s psychological behavior,so as to propose four dimensions of design principles for the space design of the composite bookstore.It is a design principle that satisfies psychological needs,s atisfies behavioral needs,satisfies the space environment,and satisfies the construction site.The design principle combines a large number of excellent cases to summarize the corresponding spatial design strategies,from four aspects: composite function combination,composite space organization,human flow line design,physical environment detail design.Through the relevant design strategies proposed in this paper,the author uses the spatial design perspective to respond to the new composite business m odel,transforming the simple sales space into a comfortable and shared spiritual culture place,hoping to build a comfortable and rich composite for readers and citizens.Urban cultural landmarks.
