Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,rural areas have gradually become the key region of tourism consumption in China.Rural tourism has also transitioned from near suburbs to mountainous areas and far suburbs.Therefore,most of the relocated villages in Beijing mountainous areas,actively developed the Boutique Homestay and become tourist villages rely on better location,transportation,infrastructure and environmental conditions.The development of the Boutique Homestay has driven the rapid growth of the rural economy and further promoted the rural tourism advancement.Therefore,this article takes beijing mountainous tourism village as a case,and discusses the formation mechanism of the spatial distribution characteristics of the Boutique Homestay from three aspects: economic selection mechanism,social selection mechanism,and spatial selection mechanism by summarizing the spatial distribution characteristics of different types of tourism village,it provides effective guidance for the location selection of the Boutique Homestay of mountainous tourism village in Beijing and even the country.This thesis mainly studies from the following four parts:The first part is basic research and is the first chapter of this article.By combing the relevant research on tourism villages and rural Boutique Homestay at home and abroad,the concept of mountainous tourism village and Boutique Homestay are redefined,and the research content,framework and methods of this thesis are expounded.The second part is theoretical research and is the second chapter of this article.By summarizing the relevant theories of modern location theory,spatial structure theory,rurality theory,rent difference theory and social space isolation theory,as well as drawing lessons from practice cases of the tourism villages such as Jijiadun village in Jiangsu and Maoling village in Zhejiang,then build up the theoretical system of the Boutique Homestay spatial distribution characteristics and its formation mechanism theory of mountainous tourism village,and then combing the analysis process and technical methods of the research,it provide theoretical support for the study.Among them,the theory of spatial distribution characteristics of the Boutique Homestay in mountainous tourism villages proposes to study the spatial distribution characteristics of the Boutique Homestay from the aspects of location selection and spatial form with different development conditions and development scales.The activity space of the tourism villages can be divided into village entrance space,village center space,village end space,village boundary space and village corner space,and the Boutique Homestay is usually located in the space other than the center space of the village,the spatial distribution form of the Boutique Homestay is regular,and the overall spatial form including uniform and random two forms,mainly including group uniform scatter mode,free scatter mode and mixed extension mode,etc.The formation mechanism of the spatial distribution characteristics of the Boutique Homestay in mountainous tourism villages proposed that the influencing factors for the location selection of the Boutique Homestay include economic factors,social factors,spatial factors and natural factors,according to the influence of each factor,they can be summarized as the economy selection mechanism,the social selection mechanism and and the spatial selection mechanism.The third part is empirical research,which is the third,fourth,and fifth chapter of this article.This part mainly selects three types of tourism villages of self-improvement,enterprise investment and comprehensive development as cases for the research.Studies have shown that:(1)The self-improvement tourism village development subject has a relatively small economic capacity,the Boutique Homestay development scale is small,which is distributed in a decentralized manner,and the specific performance is the freely scattered type,it is generally located in the entrance space and boundary space of the village;the enterprise investment tourism village has strong economic capabilities,the Boutique Homestays are developed on large-scale,which is uniformly distributied in the overall form,and the specific performance are uniformly scattered,it is generally located in the boundary space and the corner space of the village;the comprehensive development type tourism village has strong economic capability of the development subject,the Boutique Homestay is generally developed progressively with an even distribution as a whole,and the specific manifestation is mixed extension,which usually located in the entrance space,the boundary space,and the corner space of the village,and with the rapid development of the Boutique Homestay,it were affected by various factors,it may also be selected in the center space of the village.(2)In the formation mechanism of the spatial distribution characteristics of boutique hotels in mountainous tourist villages,the economic selection mechanism influences the scale of development of Boutique Homestay,the social selection mechanism influences the spatial form of the Boutique Homestay,the space selection mechanism influences the location selection of the Boutique Homestay,and in different selection mechanisms,the influence of different factors is different.Among them,in the economic selection mechanism,social selection mechanism,spatial selection mechanism,the factors that have a significant impact on the new self-improvement tourism village are the original farm income,tourist consumption inertia,transportation factors and visual factors;the factors that have a significant impact on the enterprise investment tourism village are the development subject's economic ability,social isolation and transportation factors;The factors that have a prominent effect on the comprehensive development-oriented tourism village are the development subject's economic ability,the rural elite guidance,and transportation factors.The fourth part is the conclusion,which reviews the main research conclusions of the paper,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
