| Under the background of “the Urban and Rural Development Strategy” and “the Rural Revitalization Strategy”,the government has given great attention and support to rural tourism.In this context,the research on rural issues in China has also been rising.Scholars generally believe that rural tourism is the best choice to change the rural industry structure and the rural landscape pattern.However,objectively speaking,these studies are still in their infancy,and there are still some gaps in theoretical research,such as the study of the development of village in Suburban Hilly Area.Suburban Hilly Area of Beijing is located between the remote mountain area and the plain area.It has abundant animal and plant resources as well as cultural resources.Since it is close to the city centre and has a convenient traffic network,it has excellent potential for tourism development.Because of its mountain topography,the infrastructure construction is difficult to built in Suburban Hilly Area villages,so this kind of villages are often overlooked.Therefor,in this study,we focus on the Suburban Hilly Area villages in Beijing and pertinently investigate the tourism planning strategy.First of all,we summarize the theory and practice of " Suburban Hilly Area","rural tourism" and "rural planning",and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of rural tourism in Suburban Hilly Area from the general situation of Beijing rural tourism development and the characteristics of rural resources as well as the types of rural tourism.Then,we propose strategies from three aspects of rural integration development,rural tourism planning and rural space design.It is exp ·ected to provide some positive suggestions for Suburban Hilly Area village in Beijing.Finally,we take Qiwangfen Village in Haidian District as an example,and conduct a detailed study in its village planning according to the three aspects of strategy,hoping to provide reference for the future development of Qiwangfen Village. |
