In the context of “Rural Revitalization Strategy”,China has paid great attention and vigorous support to rural tourism. The mountain Villages of Beijing have not only the huge market demand and consumption capacity of Beijing, but also the good ecological environment and convenient transportation conditions, which have great potentialities in tourism development. However, the large-scale and high-end tourism development of the relocated village in mountainous areas is still in its infancy, and its theoretical research is still in blank. Therefore, based on the relocated villages in the mountainous areas of Beijing, this paper takes the idle homestead as the basic spatial unit, takes GIS and spatial syntax as the main technical means, takes the kernel density analysis model, axis analysis model and horizon analysis model as the main analysis methods, and analyzes the spatial structure and formation mechanism of the relocated village under the guidance of large-scale and high-end tourism development, providing theoretical guidance for rural construction. This study expands the spatial structure and formation mechanism of large-scale high-end tourism development in mountain villages of metropolis, and also provides guidance for the planning, construction, and management of large-scale high-end tourism development of mountain villages in Metropolitan Suburbs. This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part is the first chapter, which is the introduction part.First of all, this paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad of the homestead,large-scale and high-end development mode, the development of rural tourism also tends to be large-scale tourism development and Rural tourism space.Secondly,it redefines the concept of “The relocated village”and “Large-scale and high-end rural tourism development”.Finally, the research contents, methods, and framework of this paper are described. The second part is the second chapter, which is the theoretical research part. This paper establishes the theory of spatial structure and formation mechanism of Large-scale high-end rural tourism of the relocated village in the mountain areas by summarizing the relevant research on the theory of leisure tourism, space syntax, the theory of rural social spatial differentiation and the rent gap,and referring to the cases of Zhuquan village in Shandong province and Dashiyao village of Bejing. In the theory of spatial structure, this paper proposes that the large-scale and high-end tourism functional space units of the relocated village in the mountain areas are mainly composed of high-end B&B hotel area, entertainment area, and scenic area. These functional space units constitute different spatial structures of geographic space:the axis extension type of alternated block,single-center pattern, and group distribution type.In the theory of formation mechanism, the influencing factors of large-scale and high-end tourism space of the relocated village in mountain areas can be divided into four categories: economy, society, space, and nature.Summarizing the forces of the influencing factors,it can be divided into three parts: the economy selection mechanism, the social selection mechanism, and the spatial selection mechanism, which respectively affect the development scale, overall development form and business location selection of old villages relocated in mountainous areas. The third part is the empirical research on the spatial structure and formation mechanism of the large-scale and high-end tourism of the relocated villages in Beijing mountain area, which includes the third, fourth and fifth chapter of the paper. The paper selects three different development types to study, which are cooperative type of village and enterprise,spontaneous-formed type, and firm-oriented type.(1)Research results show that the cooperative type is often applied to large-scale villages, which adopt progressive development mode, have high-end and diversified business forms, and show the axis extension type of alternated block in geographic space. The spontaneous-formed type is applicable to medium-sized villages, which adopt the local concentrated development mode, have less high-end and diversified business forms, and show the single-center pattern in geographic space. In order to develop the whole village as quickly as possible, the firm-oriented type tends to choose small-scale villages, which have high-end but relatively single business formats, and show the group distribution type in geographic space.(2)The economy selection mechanism, the social selection mechanism, and the spatial selection mechanism jointly affect the spatial structure of large-scale and high-end tourism development space of the relocated village in mountain areas.Different development modes are affected by different factors, mainly including economic, natural, social and spatial factors.Economic factors determine the scale of development, social factors determine the overall form of development, and natural and spatial factors always determine the location of tourism industry. The fourth part is the conclusion, which reviews the main research conclusions of the paper, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
