As the foundation of national economy,agriculture has been highly concerned by urban and rural residents.The wet market,which is called "vegetable basket" and "rice bag",has a relationship with it.Whether the space layout of wet market is reasonable or not is not only directly related to the daily life of every resident,but also has a deep-rooted and far-reaching impact on the showing of the city grade and displaying of the city image.Therefore,it is urgent to study the spatial layout of wet market.At present,the foreign wet market has been updated for many years,the stock of wet market is little.The related researches of wet market are mainly about supervision and management.Although fresh supermarket is the future development trend of wet market,it is still the main retail terminal in our country.Therefore,the research on wet market in China is mainly focused on the current situation and development strategy.There are few articles about the spatial layout analysis of wet market among them,which generally include two aspects: qualitative research and quantitative research,among which,qualitative research literature is much more,most of which only analyze the impact factors and solutions of the location layout of wet market from the macro perspective.In the practical applications,government departments and market operators mostly carry out wet market layout with their own subjective experience,which leads to changes in market use as well as chaos in inner space and seriously restrict the overall city image and market economic benefits.Based on the field investigation,this paper systematically analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of wet market in Xuzhou from macro,meso,micro level by using argis,cross-list and other methods.Among them,the macro level includes:(1)In the aspect of time,it has external expansion and internal filling.(2)In the aspect of space,it has gradient descent.(3)In the aspect of traffic,it has competitive exclusivity.(4)In the aspect of residential land condition,it has community attachment;The meso level includes:(1)In the aspect of building type,it has restriction of land price and land rent.(2)In the aspect of construction scale,it has tradeoff of profit and cost.(3)In the aspect of location selection,it has passenger flow dominance.(4)In the aspect of business time,it has road grade tendency;The micro level includes:(1)In the aspect of product stall,it has coexistence of centralization and dispersion.(2)In the aspect of business area,it has similarity of purchasing frequency and pollution degree.(3)In the aspect of function division,it has environmental directivity of arrangement and combination.Therefore,in order to make the research have practical value,only by fully combining the formation mechanism factors about distribution characteristics of their own spatial perspective,can it get the result of universal significance.Finally,the paper preliminarily puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the spatial layout of wet market in Xuzhou.In terms of supervision and management,we should strengthen the supervision and control of government departments and wet market,raise the level of understanding;in the development of property rights,we should innovate the mode of development,broaden the channels of financing,speed up the repurchase of property rights in the wet market;At the same time,in terms of spatial distribution,it is necessary to adhere to the basic principles and requirements of the wet market,and on this basis put forward index of one thousand person of area and system of service radius of the macro building,the specific suggestions and guiding requirements of the meso location selection,and distribution model etc of the micro business area.
