At present,China is in the era background of housing stock,among which the existing housing stock in cities built in the 1980 s and 1990 s accounts for a huge proportion,and the main structure is well preserved and most of them are in the central location of cities.However,due to the low design and construction standards at that time and the lack of post-repair and maintenance,this part of the house gradually failed to meet the living needs of the current era.Therefore,the demand for renovation of existing houses is increasing day by day.On the other hand,the“Renovation of Old Urban Communities”that China is vigorously promoting is currently in the stage of improving the performance of the external protection system and comprehensive treatment of the external environment of the community,rarely involve the improvement of the quality of the interior space.At the same time,the spontaneous exploration and practice of indoor renovation by residents is becoming more and more common.Due to the lack of professional knowledge and standardized guidance,rough and blind transformation phenomena have appeared one after another.Urgently need scientific and professional technical guidance and systematic transformation method research.Taking this as a starting point,through diversified research methods,integrating the existing status and renovation needs of existing residential interiors,digging out the major and difficult problems and their relevance in the renovation,and systematically analyzing and researching the existing residential interior renovation,in order to propose indoor fine Transformation ideas and comprehensive improvement path.Firstly,based on the combination of the theoretical methods and cases of domestic and foreign existing residential interior design,analyze the development changes of domestic residential design and clarify the background information of residential buildings involved in this study;.Secondly,based on the collection and arrangement of the original drawings of existing houses in Dalian,the interview and household survey in Dalian,the extensive questionnaire survey and statistics,etc.Through investigation and research,the current situation of indoor use,residential demand,spontaneous transformation and other information were quantified and sorted out.In the summary and carding of the key problems of the indoor renovation of the existing residence from survey statistics,this study is based on the actual needs of the residents,combined with the objective characteristics of the existing residence,and summarizes the key and difficult problems around the four aspects of the storey height of the residence,the pipeline renovation,the kitchen and bathroom renovation and the renovation construction.Combined with the existing research results and the development of industrialized construction technology,an optimized solution is proposed.In order to establish a more perfect research system of indoor renovation,starting with the principles of renovation,several basic principles,such as safety,stage and adaptability,must be followed in the operation of renovation.Secondly,from the three perspectives of open transformation participation,diversified transformation needs and diversified transformation means,the paper puts forward three promotion paths: ‘menu type selective promotion’,‘main demand oriented promotion’ and ‘multi-standard composite promotion’,three kinds of ascension path,including the interior renovation operations overall dimensions,applicable scope and operating depth of three layers of meaning,which provides an open way of thinking and method for improving the quality of existing residential interior space.This research focuses on the key problems in the interior renovation of existing residences,based on the original characteristics of "existing",digs out the contradiction and connection between the development needs of the times and ‘existing’,summarizes the core pain points in the renovation,and proposes corresponding solutions,Establish a systematic transformation method model and a comprehensive upgrade path to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the future renovation of existing residential interiors. |
