Research On Housing Components Of Existing Residential Housing Interior Space Renovation

With the reform of housing system and the rapid development of commercial housing,China's urban per capita living space has reached 36.6 square meters.After the rapid growth of the number of residential construction,the annual construction area and the completion area of China's residential buildings have declined,which indicates the arrival of China's housing stock era.At present,the development trend of China's residential area mainly focuses on two aspects.On the one hand,China actively promote the quality improvement of stock housing.One the other hand,the government promotes the modernization transformation of the housing industry.In recent years,China has vigorously promoted existing residential renovation projects.The renovation basically revolves around the public part of housing.Although it improves the thermal insulation and seismic performance of the residence,it improves the environmental quality of the residential area.However,it has not directly related to the renovation of the interior space environment which is closely related to the residents' daily life.In the process of renovation,the residents are less engaged and less active.Housing component is an important part of the industrialization of housing.It mainly contains two parts:structural components and internal decoration components.The structural components are immutable,and the internal decoration components are changeable.Review the current situation of domestic housing component,the maturity of the structural components are higher than that of internal decoration components.Applications remain largely confined to new housing.There are fewer applications for renovation projects.Currently,there is a wide range of internal decoration components which can be used for reference of foreign technology or imported products.On the one hand,the number and type are very limited,on the other hand,its research and development has neglected the living situation and needs of our country to some extent.This study is based on the transformation of the existing housing department.This study takes the domestic interior space of our country as the research object,and the hierarchical method is the analytical method.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research literature,the characteristics and characteristics of the parts were summarized.Through field research,network and other ways to obtain the existing residential status data and performance parameter information.Through the analysis and summary of the hierarchical method,this paper explores the components transformation strategy of the existing residential interior space.And the simulation application is carried out by means of trial design,in order to promote the research and practice progress in our country.
