Since China's reform and opening up,with the continuous increase of per capita disposable income and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for travel have also increased,and the market size of the automotive industry has maintained rapid and stable growth.However,as the country's overall economic development slows down,the automobile industry that has experienced rapid development for more than a decade has inevitably entered a period of deceleration.Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.,as a professional manufacturer of car mufflers and purifiers,has been facing severe tests such as increasing market competition,continuous reduction of profit margins,and continuous improvement of technical requirements.To cope with these tests,this article analyzes the current situation and problems of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.rationally,and formulates appropriate strategies for its future development,in order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.This article collects the data of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.through the methods of literature analysis,interview research,and case study to fully understand the company's development status and analyze its existing problems.First,based on the relevant literature description of the development strategy theory of modern auto parts enterprises,this paper analyzes the development status,existing problems,and the causes of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.Secondly,the paper uses the PEST model to analyze the current macro-environment,and then uses the Porter Five Forces Model to analyze the current situation of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.The industrial environment and the internal environment of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.is analyzed from the aspects of enterprise resources and capabilities.The SWOT analysis tool is used to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.,and got the SWOT strategy portfolio table,choose the stable development strategy according to the comprehensive situation of the enterprise,and get some competitive strategy options suitable for the enterprise,including Overall Cost Leadership Strategy,Differentiation Strategy,and Innovation Strategy.Finally,according to the corporate vision of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.,the thesis planned the development strategic goals and proposes the development plan for the next five years,including maintaining revenue growth,introducing advanced talent,optimizing production,and improving efficiency.At the same time,based on the company's development goals,the internal and external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,it analyzes and judges the application of various aspects of the alternative strategic plan,and has selected Overall Cost Leadership Strategy and Differentiation Strategy as main development strategy,Innovation Strategy serves as a supplementary conclusion.And the article provides suggestions on the implementation plan and specific safeguard measures of the enterprise strategy,including a fully transparent strategy formulation and decomposition process and dynamic adjustment,the performance of the incentive role of performance evaluation,and the strengthening of the guarantee role of human resources,build a corporate culture that suits company reality.Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.is a very typical automotive parts supplier.This article uses various theories and research methods of strategic research to conduct in-depth and detailed research and analysis on it to formulate an appropriate development strategy for it.Improve the reasonable planning and market competitiveness of Taihua Exhaust System Co.,Ltd.in the regional and domestic markets,thereby increasing the economic efficiency of the enterprise and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides valuable development suggestions and strategic options for other auto parts companies.I hope this article can be helpful to the development of most auto parts companies.
