Energy shortage and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious,affecting the development of global economy and seriously endangering human health.Automobile is one of the main products consuming energy.With the increase of automobile demand,the energy problem caused by automobile can not be underestimated.In terms of new energy,the country has issued a variety of policies to promote the use of new energy,and new energy vehicles have become the mainstream of the automobile market in the future under the strong support of the policy.The new energy vehicle market has great potential because of its different types and different consumer groups from traditional fuel.Automotive OEMS see the opportunity of new energy market,have invested in new energy research and development funds and investment to establish new energy production lines,hoping to seize the market share of new energy vehicles with technology and capacity.Compared to traditional fuel cars a household name,the choice of consumers in the future in the new energy market and the market reaction is unpredictable,automotive OEMS is a key market for traditional fuel cars or actively new energy markets are OEMS the choice of the cross-roads,in this paper,we study the Taixing auto parts company currently is one of the new energy auto parts manufacturer,At the same time encountered the choice of enterprise development.Taixing Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.is a production of aluminum alloy die casting auto parts company,the products are used in automobile engine system,steering system,brake system,chassis system,etc.,the main products for traditional fuel vehicle supporting products,new energy vehicle supporting products accounted for less than10%.The rise of new energy market has a great impact on the supporting companies of traditional fuel vehicles,and enterprises also need to transform to the direction of new energy.The development direction of Taixing auto parts company is to research and develop new energy technology and new energy business.In the market environment of the development of new energy electric vehicles,Taixing Auto parts Company should make effective use of the opportunities of the external environment and the advantages of the internal environment,formulate the development strategy of Taixing auto parts company to obtain the competitive advantage of the enterprise.This paper mainly studies Taixing auto parts company in the rise of new energy vehicles under the environment of opportunities and challenges faced by the main PEST theory to analyze the macro environment of enterprise,using the potter five models to analyze industry environment,at the same time from the company’s business development present situation,production status and management status of enterprise internal environment analysis,Analysis of status quo of Taixing auto parts company development and business planning for the development of the company to set up enterprise short-term,medium-term and long-term development goals,the SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise whole comb,the results of the analysis pointed out that the development of Taixing auto parts company should choose SO growth strategy,backward integration strategy and internationalization strategy,To achieve the development goals of the enterprise,we should increase the investment in new energy research,make full preparations for the transformation of new energy,develop the business of OEMS and implement the internationalization strategy.Suggestions are put forward to guarantee the effective implementation of the strategic plan by corporate culture,rules and regulations and other safeguard measures.Taixing Auto parts company to develop suitable development strategy for the development of auto parts enterprises to provide reference.
