| Intelligent shipping takes the advantage use of modern technologies,such as the Internet of Things,big data,and cloud services.With the construction of big data centers,it promotes the integration of information resources across departments and regions,and builds smart ships,logistics collaborative operations,customs clearance support,and financial trade and service,shipping transaction service,value-added information service in one intelligent shipping integrated system.Intelligent shipping includes smart ships,smart ports and smart logistics.The smart ship makes it stronger on the connections between ship and shore,the ship is more intelligent,and the ship-to-shore synergy is stronger.The intelligent port solves the problem of efficient operation of the port and solves the problems of the first and the last nautical mile and improve operational efficiency.Intelligent logistics solves the balance between demand and supply,making transportation more efficient.The combination of the three aspects shortens the operating cycle,improves operational efficiency,and becomes more synergistic and integrated between the client,the ship,the shore,and the management department.At first,this thesis analyzes the external environment and internal environment of CS Group based on PEST method,expounds the importance of smart shipping to CS company's strategic transformation and upgrading,and then the thesis adopts information system planning method to explain smart shipping strategic goals,the current situation and the measures used,to further elaborate the strategic positioning of CS company.In addition,this thesis analyzes the current research progress in the field of smart shipping in domestic and abroad,and the preliminary achievements of CS Group in smart shipping,analyzes the impact of smart shipping on operational models and management models.Some suggestions are also made based on potential risks and challenges in the future.The intelligent shipping strategy based on information technology proposed in the present,is in line with the CS Group's business strategy of building a global leading integrated logistics supply chain service group,in line with the trend of "Internet +" shipping development.The shipping industry is an important pillar of economic development,coordinating the development of upstream and downstream industries,driving the development of multiple industries,in line with the needs of corporate restructuring and transformation and upgrading,in line with the needs of the development of the times,promoting the establishment of a smart shipping system and the of great significance of building a shipping ecosystem. |
