The Industrial Development And Regional Economic Effect Of The Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Looking back on the 40 years of opening to the outside world,special customs regulatory areas such as comprehensive bonded areas have gradually been established with the development of opening to the outside world in China.As a platform for opening up to the outside world,Customs special regulatory areas such as comprehensive bonded areas play an important role in promoting foreign trade,attracting foreign investment,employment and leading new industries.In order to adapt to the new normal state of China's economy,implement a new round of high-level opening to the outside world and form a new pattern of all-round opening,it is necessary to promote high-level opening and high-quality development of comprehensive bonded areas.However,there are a series of problems in the development process of the comprehensive bonded area,including the indistinct development of industrial characteristics,insufficient support and impetus,and unbalanced regional development.Therefore,taking the Baiyun Airport comprehensive bonded zone and the comprehensive Airport Free Trade Zone as an example,this paper studies the industrial development and regional economic effects of the comprehensive bonded zone.Based on data collection,field investigation and empirical analysis,this paper studies the industrial development and regional economic effects of Baiyun Airport comprehensive bonded zone and airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone,and draws the following two conclusions.First,most of the airport-type comprehensive bonded zones take aviation industry as the key industry in the zone,and extend the aviation industry chain accordingly.Secondly,the industry and economy in the comprehensive bonded area have developed vigorously,and the hinterland economy has been promoted to a certain extent through the forward and backward linkages of the industry.Specifically,the contribution rate method,grey correlation analysis method and linear regression analysis method are used to study the regional economic effects of the two selected comprehensive bonded areas,and the following results are obtained.First,the import and export volume of the Baiyun Airport comprehensive bonded zone and Pudong Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone are positively related to the import and export volume of the market and has a significant contribution.Second,the correlation between the economic indicators of the airport comprehensive bonded zone and the economic indicators of the market is relatively high.Third,the economic indicators of fixed assets investment and import and export volume of the airport comprehensive bonded area are positively correlated with the GDP of the market.Fourth,the total operating income and fixed asset investment of Pudong airport comprehensive bonded area are positively correlated with the import and export of Shanghai,and the level of significance is relatively high.
