The Research On The Joint Development Mode Of Airport Logistics And Bonded Logistics

The increasingly fierce competitions in the international market force multinational corporations to take the operation strategy of low-cost manufacture. In pursuit of the zero-inventory of raw materials and finished products, relationship between the operating speed and deployment time of cargo and the economic gain or loss of a company is measured by hour. The speed of customs clearance and delivery of the goods has become an important link of the Enterprise Competitiveness. With the heating up of the international division of labor, the global value chain becomes extremely scattered in the space, and in the process of international competition the enterprises'raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are imported from or exported to the abroad. Therefore the bonded logistics gradually becomes the key point of the enterprises in gaining the competitive advantage. The saving of the transaction cost and the differences of the resources basis makes the bonded logistics getting together at the ports, which leads the port logistics and bonded logistics joint developing. In the 21st century, the production mode transformed from the Fordism to the Post-Fordism, which makes the main mode of transport changing from the ocean to the air in order to achieve the high-end international trade, thus the airport logistics needs to joint developing with the bonded logistics of fulfilling the international trade. The joint development of the airport logistics and the bonded logistics at the airport will be the hotspots and the inevitable trend in the future.In this paper, via abundant investigation and exploration on government organizations and enterprises and research forum also visited the field, basing on the current situation of joint development of airport logistics and bonded logistics, will analyze overall functional characteristics of joint development of airport logistics and bonded logistics, and will study the internal motivity and external demand of it. This paper will divide the joint development of airport logistics and bonded logistics into three stages, the relying on existing bonded logistics phase, the self-build logistics system phase and the integrated bonded logistics system phase. This paper will analyze the four leading model of the joint development of airport logistics and bonded logistics, that is, Airport bonded warehouse mode, the airport bonded logistics park mode, the airport free trade zone mode and the remote airport bonded cargo terminal mode. And this paper will also comparatively analyze the functions and features of the four development modes, and the protection mechanisms. Finally, this paper will give a demonstration study on the joint development of Capital Airport Logistics and bonded logistics.This paper aims to promote the joint development of airport logistics and the bonded logistics on theoretical study and practical application.
