Application Research Of Curtain Wall System In Commercial Building Renovation

At present,China's development is in a transition from a traditional production-oriented society to a consumer-oriented one.With the changes of people's consumption demands and behaviors,the traditional commercial space no longer only satisfies the material needs of the masses,but focuses more on culture and emotion experience,and commercial buildings renovation came into being accordingly.In the past development,the curtain wall system has become a mature technology discipline and receive more and more attention due to its own characteristics and advantages in commercial building renovation.Therefore,this paper takes commercial building renovation based on curtain wall system as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the design points in the specific renovation,and provides certain theoretical and practical basis for the transformation of commercial buildings under the major trend.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter starts from the social trend and development background,analyzes the reason of the commercial building reconstruction and the functional format and spatial characteristics in the renovation.In the third chapter,the application of curtain wall system is taken as a clue.On the basis of general advantages and constraints of the transformation,the paper analyzes the logic and concrete structure of the material,and clarifies the functions of the curtain wall system in the renovation of commercial buildings.Based on case studies and summary,the forth chapter proposed the use of curtain wall system as specific techniques and design points during the renovation.And the fifth chapter is the author's engineering practice illustration in the Phoenix Square renovation project in Hunan Road.
