Research On S Airport Performance Management Optimization

With the rapid development of China's economy,the commerce and trade exchanges through civil aviation flights are increasing,the living standards of residents are constantly improving,and the demand for people to travel through civil aviation flights is gradually increasing.Therefore,the rapid development of the entire civil aviation industry,especially many regional airports,usher in opportunities for rapid development.The research object of this paper is the typical feeder airport S airport located in the third-tier city D.In recent years,the passenger throughput of S airport has maintained rapid growth,and the security pressure and management pressure are increasing.In order to strengthen the system construction and improve the management level,S Airport has formulated and implemented the performance management method.However,due to the unfavorable factors such as small scale of enterprises,rigid management and low quality of personnel,the original performance management methods of S Airport are not in the process of implementation.This paper introduces the research status of performance management in China,the West and civil aviation,and analyzes and introduces the more popular KPI index method,360 degree assessment method and target management method.Subsequently,the development status of S Airport and the current performance management methods were introduced in detail,and the shortcomings of the current methods were sorted out through interviews,questionnaires,etc.,and the company's strategic objectives,improvement of performance training,and optimization of performance management methods were formulated.And increase performance guarantee measures,etc.,optimize and improve the current performance management methods of S Airport.Through the research on the optimization method of S airport performance management method,the author hopes to provide useful reference for the future performance management reform of S airport,and provide certain reference value for the establishment of performance management system for other regional airports,which will lead to the theoretical innovation of future performance management.
