With the rapid development of industry 4.0 and automobile industry in China,the speed of talent cultivation has not kept pace with the needs of industrial development.The shortage of talent has become the norm in automobile industry.The total amount of talent does not match the current situation of large industrial countries which is a gap with the goal of industrial power.The development of enterprises will face the shortage of talent that illustrate the enterprises must pay attention to the "human" factor which are the first resource of enterprises.How to train and develop human resources of enterprises and how to maximize enhance the value of human capital to create sustainable value for enterprises? These are urgent problem for enterprises should to think about.The article will take European and American automobile company E as the main research.According to the questionnaire survey and literature survey analysis methods,and combining with E company's current development strategy and company culture to diagnose the current E company's training management system and analyze the problem in training management system including insufficient of management team,weakness training demand analysis,not enough scientific training plan,training evaluation system and the lack of a clear position competency model and other issues.Based on the domestic and international relevant theories,this paper will improve the employee training management system from seven aspects including training management philosophy,process,course design,way,effect evaluation,system and talent inventory.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the effective and long-term implementation of the training system operation,the corresponding training system safeguards are put forward.The optimized training management system will support employee and company growing together which not only improves the employees' personal skills and comprehensive quality,but also improve the development of enterprises and the future transformation to the new energy field.With the continuous improvement of the quality of employees,the core competitiveness of human resources will be improved continuously to offer the driving force of healthy development of enterprises.The win-win development of enterprises and employees has been realized.
