| Human resources is the first enterprise resources,training is the greatest welfare of employees,the establishment of an independent and complete training system is a strong guarantee for the development of enterprises.However,training is also an investment,the effectiveness of training is directly related to business efficiency.In other words,training must strengthen the study of "performance" issues,quantify the effectiveness of training,reverse the training program to guide the development of training content adjustment and training funding to form an effective closed-loop mechanism.Based on the four-level evaluation model,this paper clarifies the basic principles of training performance evaluation index,and uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out training performance evaluation of C grid company.Through the interviews and questionnaires,it is found that there are problems such as the inconsistency of training performance evaluation,lack of scientific evaluation method and lack of evaluation result feedback,and the reasons for the existence of problems in C grid company.analysis.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of enterprise training work,from the development of the company’s performance incentive compatible training mechanism,strict training performance evaluation conclusions of the implementation of the two aspects of training performance evaluation work to carry out effective countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises Performance evaluation has some reference value. |
